Order Details

What is a Direct Download?
Our Direct Download option will deliver a high resolution JPG to your email immediately after purchase. This choice is great for sharing your card online or printing at home.

Can I save my favorite designs to compare?
Yes. First you must register or sign into your Bloom account.  Just find a design in 'quick view' or 'personalize'  & tap on the heart to save to your 'favorites' accessable from the top menu bar.

Can I save a card I created for ordering later?
Yes. First you must register or sign into your Bloom account.To save a completed card for ordering later tap the 'save to project' on the photos & text screen. This saved card can be edited/ordered whenever you visit 'my account>saved projects'.

What is your minimum quantity for printed cards?
Our minimum quantity is 25.

What is your maximum quantity for printed cards?
Our maximum quantity is 200. To place orders over 200, please utilize the reorder feature in your profile.

What kind of paper do you offer?
Our cards are printed on lush, thick card stock, available in Matte, Glossy, and a lightly textured Linen. Paper options may be limited for some products.

Will my printed card order come with envelopes?
Yes, at no additional cost you will receive white envelopes in the same quantity as your card order.

Can I order extra envelopes?
We do not offer extra envelopes at this time.

Can I pre-order my envelopes?
At this time envelopes are only shipped with a card order.

Can I reorder cards from a previous order?
Yes, once you login to your account you can access your order history and reorder cards from your previous order.

Do you offer digital proofs?
No. At this time we do not send out digital proofs. The final card you see onscreen is an accurate representation of the final product. In the review stage we provide a checklist for you to proof your own card.

Can I receive a sample card?
No. At this time we do not send out sample cards.

Photo Details

What are the photo size requirements?
For best results, use high-resolution photos, usually 500 kb or higher. Photos must be 200 dpi or higher, or about 1000 x 1400 pixels for a 5" x 7" printed image. Photos should be less than 10 mb each. Photos taken with a smart phone or downloaded from Facebook are often too low-resolution to print clearly. If the file size is less than 500 kb the photo is likely too small for print.

What if my photo is less than 500 kb?
Your photo may appear grainy or pixilated resulting in an inferior final product. If the photo is too small, increasing the size may affect the image quality. We are not responsible if you use low resolution photos.

What photo formats do you accept?
We accept jpg, gif, bmp, tiff, eps & pdf files.

Can I upload more than one photo?
Yes, many of our designs require multiple photos. The Photo Bin allows for up to 6 photos to be uploaded.

How do I upload photos?
To personalize your card, drag up to 6 photos from your computer and drop them in the Photo Bin. You can also choose to browse your computer or upload from your Flickr account by using the links inside the Photo Bin. Once your photos are in the Photo Bin, drag and drop into the designated photo areas of your card.

Can I edit my photos?
Yes, our photo editing tools allow you to zoom in and out, rotate, as well as adjust the color to black & white or sepia tones.

Can I use a photo that is copyrighted?
Please be respectful of any photo that has been professionally taken. These images often times belong to the photographer and may not be used without her / his permission. It is your responsibility to ensure that the images you upload are not the property of someone else.

Payment / Shipping

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards in our secure check out.

Do you offer delivery outside the continental US?
Currently Bloom Paper Goods is unable to accommodate international orders.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Currently we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Bloom Paper Goods products originate from a no sales tax state, therefore you will NOT be charged sales tax on your order.

After I place my order, how long will it take to receive it?
Our processing time is 2-3 business days, after which we will ship out your order. The speed of delivery depends on which shipping method is selected: UPS Ground, Two-Day, or Next Day. We print our cards in the mid west, so shipping destinations are 2-3 days using ground service. Both processing and ground delivery times may increase around peak holidays. Order early to ensure a timely delivery, or try our Direct Download option that will deliver a high resolution JPG to your email immediately after purchase. Direct Download is great for sharing your card online or printing at home.

Do you offer Rush Order processing?
Currently, we do not offer rush orders. To receive your order faster, choose Next Day or 2nd Day shipping.

How will my order be shipped?
We deliver packages via UPS. You can choose from UPS Ground, Two-Day, or Next Day service options. Our shipping fees are the published UPS rates plus a small handling charge per shipment. Orders are shipped from our processing location in the mid west.

What if I haven't received my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing the shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Will you ship to a different address than the one that appears on my credit card?
Yes. Your order may be subject to additional payment confirmation questions.

Is shopping on Bloom Paper Goods website secure?
Yes. Our website has extensive built-in security, from secure customer accounts to encrypted payment screens. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
