We take immense care to ensure your total satisfaction. We know mistakes occasionally happen. If in the unfortunate event, your card order is printed with an error, we will work with you to correct the mistake and reprint your order at a 20% discount.
If you believe that a mistake on your cards is our error, please contact us within 14 days of your order confirmation date. We will review your order carefully and offer a full refund or credit on your account. We may require you to send your original package back to us for review. If we ask for your package, we will send you a UPS return label.
If you notice an error after you've submitted your order, please contact us immediately. We will try to stop your order and make the necessary changes before it is printed. Due to the highly automated nature of our order processing, we cannot guarantee that we can stop your order in time. It will depend on how quickly your order is being processed at our printing facility.
